▾ How do I sign up for the newsletter?

You can sign up for our newsletter in the footer of our homepage! The newsletter informs you about our latest products and gives you the opportunity to receive a 10% discount voucher for your first order. After registering, you will receive the voucher by email.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

▾ How long will it take to receive my order?

Your package will be made ready for dispatch within 24 to a maximum of 48 hours (working days). Shipping within Germany takes 1-3 working days on average. Samples can take several days to process.

▾ What happens if a delivery is delayed?

If, in rare cases, a delivery is actually delayed, you will always be up to date with the shipment tracking. With the shipping notification you will receive the link to tracking the shipment (climate-neutral shipping!).

Yes, we also deliver to parcel shops, packing stations and post offices).

▾ How can I cancel my order?

Orders usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours. If you want to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible via email: love@thebetterbeauty.de. We will inform you as soon as possible whether cancellation is still possible or whether the order is already on its way to you.

▾ What does the 30-day satisfaction guarantee mean for me?

It serves as a safeguard. You already know in advance: if I don't want the product I bought after all, i.e. I see it as a bad buy afterwards, I can return the order within 30 days (send the goods back to the supplier) and get my money back, so that I can then, for example, to order the right product.

Yes. All packages are insured against loss or damage in transit.
